"I brought my daughter here ( first salon haircut) for a special birthday treat ( she is 6 and wants to own her own salon in the future). I had never been here before but saw they did kid's haircuts so we gave it a go and hoped for the best, the receptionist was very sweet on the phone. My daughter's hairdresser, Michelle, was just excellent, an artist at what she does, she really took the time to discuss with us what the best cut would be for my daughter's hair, and took every step to make sure it was just right. Unsurprisingly my daughter's hair looks amazing. All the staff were very attentive, making us feel welcome and the other patrons were kind as well. The price for my daughter's wash, cut and style was very reasonable. They even have a coffee, and cookie station and the sweetest lap dog who will greet you at the door and cuddle while you wait. We definitely hope to visit here again soon!"
"I had my second visit at Jolie, for color and cut. Once more Luda did a wonderful job and outdid herself. I moved back to Rochester after years in Pittsburgh and I am thrilled to have found someone who could take care of my hair as well as Capristo did in the burgh. "I really like this place for hair coloring, washing, styling and cutting. Michelle Doyle has been my hair stylist for years. This place is clean and personnel are very friendly and welcoming. The place is a nice size offering two floors of services and is handicap accessible. Plenty of parking, but the highlight for me is my hairstylist, Michelle...friendly, personable, compassionate, professional and tries hard to accommodate my last minute appointment requests. She's a gem."
"Just when I was giving up on finding a great hairstylist I decided to give it one more try! Took a chance and made an appointment with Leah and I could not be happier!!!!! She did an amazing job!!! Leah listened and used my picture as a guide to what cut I really wanted and she nailed it!!!!! Leah thank you for taking pride in your cuts your definitely great at your work!!!"
"Salon is very clean and staff is accommodating. Nick is amazing at color , cut and styling. I have been going to him for 3 years now. I had blonde balayage. And recently went to a red/copper. My sister, daughters and I won't go to anyone else. Im very picky with my hair cut and color and Nick has never disappointed."
