"The last 3 times I’ve gotten a haircut here they were the worst haircuts I’ve ever had in my life , to the point I had to go home and fix it myself with a clipper gard. These girls maybe be trained to cut women’s hair but are definitely are not barbers !!! Especially men that like it simi short they only do scissor over fingers cuts that always turn out super choppy and uneven. If you want a true fade go to a neighborhood barber not Supercuts. You need to train your employees to also be a barber not just a stylist or not take men that want a true fade. Update 10-26-2023, I decided to give it a go again at this location because I seen that Andrea was working, she always did a fabulous job and I’m please to say she did again today! I was also approached by the Manager and she gave me a sincere apology for the past couple experiences I had and advised me that the other stylist are no longer with the company."

"Call, or book ahead of time. For afternoon appointments I recommend that, you show up, check-in, and take a ten minute walk. Bring a 4 or 5 star Sudoku puzzle, normally get through that by the time I get called. Morning appointments are normally on time! Haircuts are good. If you want a shave or a fancy haircut, then seek out a barber shop."

"I believe the hairstylist who worked on my daughter's hair was Tiffany (I apologise if I got it wrong!). She was very nice and personable, and very good at her job. She offered suggestions and made my daughter really happy with her new look. We will be back. Store wise, it was clean and had 2 other hairdressers working, so at the time (about 5pm on a Friday) it was not busy and customers were only waiting a couple minutes once they checked in."
