"It's been a while since I've been to Blu so I called to make a reservation for a facial. Luckily I got an appointment 2 days after calling. The woman explained she needed my credit card over the phone so that she could reserve my reservation and in case of a cancellation I would be charged anyway. I explained I did not want to give my credit card over the phone so that I would be stopping in to pay for the service ahead of time. As promised, a couple hours later I showed up at the location said that I would pay for my visit ahead of time so that they didn't have to have my credit card information. I additionally asked if I could buy a gift card so that they could keep the gift card if I didn't show up two days later. Obviously securing that appointment and payment would be received regardless. I was told unless I gave them a credit card they couldn't give me a reservation even if I paid ahead of time or got a gift card. I canceled the reservation and will be going elsewhere. This policy is ridiculous. There are too many hackers out there and I have no idea what kind of firewall you have on your computer system, but I don't want my information out there as others would probably agree. I feel this is an unnecessary policy since I was willing to be certain they had a secured payment."

"The girl that typically does my hair bailed out on me. So I called the Salon last minute. Got Tricia. She was friendly and enthusiastic. I asked for dark roots like really dark and then very blonde on the ends. She did amazing on the dimension and blonde shades but my roots looked the same as they did when I arrived. She offered to do the roots again and it would only take an hour but I couldn’t stay since I had been there for 2 hours already. My main issue was I paid over $250 including tip for multi dimensional highlights. I want to go back and try it again but, I feel I should have been offered to come back at a more convenient time to do my roots the way I originally wanted with no charge since they clearly were not dark dark like I requested. 1st pic is roots before. 2nd is roots after. I wanted dark Chocolate roots. She did amazing with the blonde though. (She didn’t do the curls. I was playing with my curling wand when I got home to check the dimensions of color )."

"Been there 2 times and had Wonderful experience! Great massage services. I love "Quiet room" with the fireplace, a cup of hot coffee and some snack while waiting for the massage service, feel so relaxing, all of my stress goes away. Every women out there, we work hard, we deserve "me" time at Blu Spa!"
