"I called yesterday to ask what time I should come in for a haircut and partial highlight. The lady on the phone told me as long as I'm there by 6, that I would be good! Got there at 5:25 and I'm told they can't take me. This is literally the 2nd attempt going here and both times I've been turned away. Meanwhile, there's about 10 girls standing around and maybe 2 customers. Never again!"
"Awful wait times. Inaccurate information given. Stylists seem to be taking longer than normal just to bleed out their time until they close. 90 minute wait time, wife was told it would be approx 30 min. Don't bother with this location, go to another one."
"I wish I could leave 0 stars for this location. They let me walk out with yellow wet hair and didn't offer to make anything right + refused to refund me. I literally don't know what is wrong with this world nowadays. There is no excuse for letting me walk out of your salon looking crazy like that and your first response is to fight me about it. "1/20/23. Today I went on for a quick haircut and no one was there I mean no one. The one girl had a cut. And the other girl said you have to wait 10 minutes to see if a woman is coming back. Well about 8 minutes in, o asked the other girl to use the restroom, while on my way out passing the other stylist who told me I had to wait, she never acknowledged me. Is it because I’m older? Is it because she was waiting for a friend? But she never said you know nothing. Maybe I’m crazy, but how long does it take to cut someone’s hair? St $34 for a haircut and they can’t multitask a bit? How is the company making money. Needless to say, I told her she didn’t acknowledge me and she had poor customer service and I walked out and I love bangs I always loved it there."
