"I have been going to dr bobs for years now. I have never had a problem. I had work done and before I did I told them I didn’t have the money for it but like the couple times before when dr. Alison Fiet was there they would let me pay as I go. When my dr. Nina olivari did my stuff I was paying as I went. There was a little gap between my last appointment they called me and said they had been trying to send a statement out to me. To which I had moved. I gave them the new address and said you guys have been trying to make an appointment with me for my cleaning so can I scheduled that. The lady said well you have to pay the 50 balance before I can schedule you. I said ok I gave her my card info and then made my appt. Fast forward to now. I go to my appointment and they tell me I owe 700 left and I told them I have a payment plan. That it was pay as I go. They acted very rude and said when did you have this I was like I always paid as I went. They said well we don’t do that anymore you need to pay this before you are seen. I didn’t have the money right now. So I left. But I would have paid after my visit toward my balance. They never mentioned I would need to pay that before my visit and it’s in poor nature to say I can pay as I go then change. It’s hard enough for people to afford health care but really. I used to am up dr. Bob but now I will make sure all the family I referred them to will not be going such as my husband and my mother etc. so way to lose customers and not keep your word."

"My initial visit today was fabulous. Debbie made me feel welcome as well as the dentist (sorry I can't remember her name). I am not a fan of the dentist at all. I will be going back in a few weeks to actually have something done. I again will go in with a high anxiety level! I'm sure they will help me relax.. Dr Nina, you surely helped me stay cool. And Miss Debbie just like the first time so comforting like I've been coming there for years and it's just my 2nd visit. Thank you both so much and the receptionist were very pleasant as well.."

"Even though my insurance covered close to $2,000 to replace a bridge they still billed me close to $200. When I called my insurance company and they said if Dr. Bobs dental would bill for an approved code on the fee schedule they would pay it but after letting Dr. Bob's office know about this they are billing me directly probably so they can get the full amount from me instead of a lower rate based on their fee schedule as a participating provider. If they told me before replacing the bridge that they will be billing me directly for taking my old bridge off I would have removed it myself as it was already loose because part of it was already gone."
