"Absolutely unprofessional. I have been trying to get a crown put in since October and have been last minute rescheduled by them 6+ times. They now can't get me in untill March (which they will probably reschedule again) This is all because their previous filling didn't work. The worst of all is the non-empathetic receptionists who schedule horribly. They don't care about patients well being here. If you have any choice go elsewhere."

"I am giving it one star bec of the lack of communication and the lack of professionalism in the place. The staff were rude to my mother on the phone and then proceeded to tell me that I have to pay fifty dollars to reschedule my appointment when I have full insurance and my appointment was scheduled on a holiday when they weren’t even open. Then proceeded to finally tell us there was a call center that I could have called to reschedule it but yet they wouldn’t have got the message Then proceeded to say that my sister has to pay 50$ as well to reschedule her appointment when they also scheduled it on a holiday they are very rude. When I have full insurance I am not giving you no money to reschedule an appointment you scheduled for me absolutely not. So clearly they don’t look at calendars very well. The amount of rudeness these people have is gross."

"This place is filthy! The dental equipment is outdated and the office is extremely dirty with a foul odor. The staff is rude and disrespectful and they speak very low levels of English, which makes it quite difficult to communicate, and that IS NOT ideal when receiving dental care. BEWARE!! This place seems like more of an auto chop shop than a dentist office. Two thumbs down. I DON’T RECOMMEND USING THIS DENTIST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE."

"The experience from beginning to end was amazing. From his receptionists to Dr. Rabice himself. I went into his office anxious, (I’ve had bad experiences) and everyone I spoke to eased my mind a little more. I had a root canal done and he told me I wouldn’t feel a thing. Well, I felt absolutely nothing during the whole procedure! Best dentist around in my opinion. After many years of being fearful of going in to a dentist office. I am so grateful for him and all his staff."

"I only gave 1 star . I couldn’t believe unprofessionalism:.. I saw the reviews and thought .. let me see for myself .. boy was I shocked . I seriously do not recommend this place . It was awful . At first I went 30 mins before appt time , to fill paperwork out so I could get on time . Get taken in 20 mins past appt time. Get X-rays . Then lady walks out and they literally were going to close with me in the place !!! I had to go out and say what’s going on ? Oh we thought you were seen ! The dentist comes I. Says what’s your insurance!! F insane ! Then as I tell him what I want done . He states well I prefer cash ! Who says this !!!! And then we have a conversation about what he can do then reverts back to I’d prefer cash ! I’m totally stunned . They forget my appt . He tries to sway me to get a whole different more expensive procedure done . Then says I can’t help you when I say no !!!! I seriously hope people understand these reviews people are writing ,, they are warning you for good reason . I overlooked it ,, until I had my own experience . It was unbelievable. This place should be closed down . Not topping the staff was talking about people should go to hell for voting for trump ,, and if your not with god you should rot in hell . I was so dumbfounded by this place . I can’t even . It’s insane . Then leaving the dentist tells his staff set her up with another dentist . She acts like she is writing something down and says we don’t do referrals here’s the number . And walks away. I beg you people if you need a serious dentist . Please take your family elsewhere . This place is the most awful place I’ve ever been . It only did he walk in my room ,, and said oh “ I thought my assistant got to you . In which first appt you are suppose to see the patient to assess the situation,, he walks in says nothing but what insurance do you have? Not a hello sorry for the extremely long wait or for the fact they forgot about me and getting ready to shut the place down. He didn’t even wash his hands and places gloves on . Didn’t use anything to look in my mouth with , nothing gave me a filthy mirror to look into as he’s sticking his Fingers in my mouth . Again I found this experience extremely disturbing and disgusting."
