"ZERO STARS WOULD BE SUFFICIENT!!! I was assaulted by a manager of Mosiac Dental inside of the building. Right in front of my 6yr old son. I pressed charges on her and tried contacting their corporate office. You can't get anyone to answer the phone at the corporate office and i have left several messages. They're very dangerous, violent, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!"

"Up until Covid they have been a decent dental office. Now my family’s appointments get pushed back constantly. Waited over a year for a cleaning. I’m sick so I had to cancel my appointment and they push me out another year. My husband has a filling he has needed to get fixed (that they messed up) and he is also being pushed back further and further. Dental health is not important to them. Completely unacceptable."

"They fail to call back in a timely manner, especially if you're in pain. They don't do root canals and instead send you to a whole other city to one who does, and they don't even check if that specialist takes your insurance. Terrible. I've worked in a busy medical office before and I've always called patients back within 24 hours. I don't understand how you can leave several messages and not call back and leave a patient in agony."
