"The lady who did my hair was SUPER nice. Don’t get me wrong, amazingly nice lady. But…. I went in to get my hair dyed and she just slapped all the color on, like I would’ve at home with a box kit. Didn’t apply anything to my skin so it left some stains on my ears and neck, and she tried to remove it by rubbing my skin hard with a wet towel. Went home and noticed she ripped out all my baby hairs and my skin was red. I’m updated my review to lower because after a bit of time I noticed I had missed spots and my hair is cut super choppy. Never had it this bad. I ended up paying $130 for the trim and dying my hair one solid color (dark brown). I don’t know what the average price is but I felt like I overpaid, especially with the quality of work. I regret not speaking up while I was there. I don’t intend to ever go back."
