"It was "alright". My kids's haircuts were good but the lady that cut their hair missed some spots. I got them military style haircuts and she didn't know what a high fade is. After explaining to her what it is she argued that that's not military haircut lol I'm military so I would know. At least she cut their hair she still kind of missed spots. So we will not be back again. Haircuts cost more than $20+ mind you"
"I took my daughter and they accepted Walk-in hair cut today. Ms. Kim was my daughter’s hair stylist and I was super admired her hair cut technique! She cut exactly what I expected! My daughter and I have similar hair thickness and look like puffy hair All I asked her is “ thinner, reduced hair thickness “ I would like to ask Kim for my hair cut and make thinner next time!"
"Beware. For over six months I was getting my haircut by Erin,the manager. The last cut was horrendous. I hated it. You would think a licenced hairdresser would not create such a mess. My hair was scalped in the back and sides. There was a bald spot on top. Erin got back to me saying this was the best hair cut I got. As a manager she had horrible customer service. She offered me one free haircut, but then asked why I would want to come back. She lost a customer that came every four weeks. I would like to hear from the owner."
