"I called pharmacy to check on a prescription from which I received a text stating when script would be available for pick up; however after speaking to Erin( who by the way was aggressive and rude to me on the phone) was informed my script was not there and she couldn’t believe I had received a confirmation at all. She was not helpful at all. I will do everything I can not to have to deal with this location at all in the future. Unfortunate because I have had excellent service at all other walgreen locations."

"The pharmacy closed on a Friday because they sent their staff to the other store across town. One day they didn't have my script ready so I told them I would be back the next day. The next day I went at 11am and they hadn't even started on the script. I had to stand and wait. Then the cashier couldn't get her password to work on the register so she had to find someone else. They are always very nice but you can tell they are short staff. The girl waiting on me was trying to take care of me and answer the nonstop ringing phone and the drive through. They need more help but no one seems to want to work these days."
