"My son had his skis stolen from Song Mountain, so we needed to replace them quickly. The manager Doug was extremely helpful and compassionate. He put a rush order on the skis and my son walked out of the store with them in less than an hour. We were able to get back to the slopes that day! Thank you so much for putting a smile on my son's face!"
"Worst customer service I have received in a long time. Doug especially has a terrible vibe and treats not only the employees like crap but leaves something to be desired as a customer. I spent over $1,000 there and will never go back or suggest them. I felt rushed, like they just wanted my money and kept pushing things on me, no good education, and once they made the sale poof - I couldn’t even find them to ask questions. Terrible service."

"Enjoyed the staff and the customer service UNTIL I went to trade in my kids equipment expecting the 50% trade in value. Unfortunately I purchased the kids stuff in late October of 2021 so when I went to trade in, they did not honor the 50% because it is now December 2023. It's not like we were skiing on the green grass in the past 6 weeks. Doug pretty much ruined the customer experience for me today. It's not even a lot of money, his general attitude was particularly poor. It was a great reason to shop online."
"Mr. Jim at the Syracuse/Dewitt location not only helped us find a pair of racing skis and new boots for my 10 year old son, but explained to him in depth and detail the differences between his new racing gear and the old gear including fit and feel, stiffness, etc. Mr. Jim is a racing coach himself, and my son absolutely loved his visit and left super motivated. This organization is truly lucky to have an expert who takes their time with the client, and obviously loves what they do. The 2 hour drive was worth it for us…Climb to Glory!"
