"I went on a busy Thursday afternoon and did have a bit of a wait but I was informed of that at check in. When it was my turn (I had probably a 30-45 minute wait) I had the full attention of Dan who got me fitted and measured and explained my results. He listened to what I said. I am not a runner. I walk daily and needed a solid comfortable high quality sneaker. I still had a pair of sneakers I’d purchased at Fleet Feet more than 5 years ago. We started with three options and I found what I liked among those choices. He also helped me with the Oofos sandals. He never rushed or hurried me. He thanked me for my patience but it was well worth the wait. I won’t wait “years” to go back next time."

"The foot measurement was thorough and explained by the staff. I was able to try on several brands and sizes. I purchased a pair which after wearing them for a few days were not comfortable. I was able to return them, and later went back to try another pair. I'm very pleased that the staff listened to my needs and were able to get me comfortably fitted."

She was very patient and explained the features of each sneaker. With that information I was able purchase a pair of Hoka sneakers.
