"Tony and the Upstate crew were really great, they're total pros! They thoroughly checked out a used car (2008 Saab Aero), that I was considering purchasing and they did a very good job. They produced a detailed report on the condition of the vehicle and gave me options to do any, or all repairs needed, and with zero pressure. I had many conversations with Tony about my questions or concerns, that he happily answered. In the end, because of their thorough investigation and repairs, I bought car. Upstate took all the hesitation out of the decision to buy the vehicle. They also did a fabulously good job in detailing the car.
