"I bought a Subaru Impreza from them, they were really nice and knowledgeable and the car runs really well. They took the time to explain everything to me and made the process easy, I will definitely be going there for service work also"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I had bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu about six months ago. Out of 2 and a half of those months it was in a garage. I payed about $4,500 for the car and put about $6,000 in repairs into it. When I bought it, it was very dirty on the inside and was missing knobs on the radio. When they sold it to me with bald tires they told me that they would only replace two as it would cost more for them to replace with the 30 warranty then they sold it for. I had to replace two of them myself over $300 each. All four wheel berrings went within 2 months. The fuel pump went as well, after the next day I noticed it leaking gas and they told me it was the seal. I then stalled out in the middle of winter a week after having to get it towed. I would sue but unfortunately I can’t as it has too high of mileage and too old of a car (has to be 4 years or younger). I would not buy from this dealership as they inspect the cars themselves and leave them barely fixed and barely running. They are nice people but don’t be fooled like I was. Now I have another car from Frazer Motors. As the Malibus motor is going and there is metal clogging it and causing it to stall up constantly. The timing chain is also going. I only drove it 3000 miles before it practically died."

"**DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! ** If I could give no stars I would. I recently purchased a vehicle from them thinking I was supporting a local small business. From the very beginning of my interaction with these people something was off. The first two vehicles I test drove required mechanical work even though they were shown as being for sale. (That’s a violation of the New York State lemon law right off the gate.) The third vehicle I settled on appeared better than the rest however upon driving it several issues needed to be fixed and I was told they would be. It took forever. I drove repeatedly week after week to bring the vehicle in for the repairs that should have been made before the vehicle was even listed for sale. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and boy was I wrong. Every time they would claim to fix something there was always something else going wrong. Legally they have to come good for it, again according to the New York State lemon law as I made the mechanical issues known prior to and during the specified legal time. The issues continued each time having to wait to get parts , then they order the wrong part etc and time is just ticking. While on my way for the 6th or 7th time to take the vehicle in for a tensioner wheel the car died and left me stranded in the summer heat on the side of the road. I had the vehicle towed there only to have the crook of a dealer tell me he’s not coming good for it. Many lemon law violations, multiple safety violations, and putting customers lives at risk and never getting the car safe to drive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!! Or you will regret it. Now I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit just to get what I should have had from the beginning, a reliable vehicle. *BUYER BEWARE*"

"This is the worst place around to take your vehicle. Bruce Green is the most aweful of human beings. I took my car here on a recommendation and started out with a good opinion of them even though they have horrible reviews. He fixed my car in a short time, and for a reasonable cost. But the next day I encountered an issue with my car and went back to ask Mr. Green if maybe it could have happened accidentally while they worked on it and if not, could he look at it for me and tell me what it was. Instead, he commenced to yell and scream at me, saying I was accusing him of tearing up my car, which was not what I was doing. He used vulgar language which I did not appreciate and told me to get off his property. I have never been treated so badly by a business owner in my life. I never raised my voice to him or anything. If you want decent service, DO NOT take your business here. He does not know how to treat people. BEWARE! I Am also reporting him to the BBB."
