I called on Wednesday and said would be ready for pickup Friday morning but lady goes I am only here til noon so must come before noon. Go at 9:30 today and haven't even touched it. Answer now is sometime today. Well we have got to be somewhere today and they aren't in on Saturdays. Not happy. No wonder they have a low customer review ratings!! Very poor service to customers!"
