"I do not live or rent in Carolina Place. On Friday, November 3rd, 2023, I scheduled a physical tour of an apartment at Carolina Place, but the leasing agent never showed up. I arrived at the scheduled time and waited for 23 minutes, but no one ever came to greet me. I tried calling the leasing office, but the call went straight to voicemail. I even spoke to a resident to confirm if this door was the leasing office. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Carolina Place. I had taken time out of my day to come to the tour, and I was left waiting without any explanation. I would not recommend Carolina Place to anyone looking for an apartment."
"The 1 bedroom apartments they don't have washer a dryer connections and the charge to use their washer and dryer is $5 for the washer and $5 for the dryer, you also have to put the money on the apartments cards to use it and the workers are almost never in their office where the card dispenser is."
"The most beautiful apartment ever. Ms. Natalie Perez is so sweet and nice and very professional. She kept her word when helping me get into my place though email and phone calls. Please come and check out this new apartment you won't be disappointed. Ask for Ms.Natalie Perez."
