I have never dealt with a management team that has been so kind, so helpful and so professional in my entire history of apartment living. I am thrilled that I moved here and look forward to spending a long time living in this complex!"

"I've lived here for over a year and this apartment complex is great. The amenities are excellent and the friendliness of the staff is outstanding. Whenever I have had a maintenance call, I always got a response to the work order the next day and it was always resolved professionally by knowledgeable and friendly maintenance staff. The location is great not far from the main shopping center, Fort Liberty, I-295. Truly a hidden gem in Fayetteville."

"I have lived here since 2018 I believe and the crew in the office are the BEST. They are FAMILY HONEST!!! I moved here with no FAMILY and they welcomed me and my son with opened arms. I’m not the easiest tenant, but whenever I need something they got you. We do give them a hard time and I have been in the office on some of their worst Days. We all have BAD DAYS!!! But I couldn’t ask for a better team to rent from and that’s what makes living here all the BETTER"

"I’ve been waiting to write this review for awhile. Where do I even start!! Let’s start off with the parking being absolutely awful having to park so far away from where you live carrying groceries in was such an inconvenience and it’s so ghetto there so I never felt safe at night in the parking lot at all. The one year that I had lived there there was 3 shootings. My neighbors were awful above me it sounded like and Olympic weight lifting gym with an obnoxious dog who never shut up all day / night long. Roaches everywhere and they would come and “spray” as well as ants beings all over the apartment on the rug in the bed room and in the bathroom. Super overpriced apartments to say the least. I do not recommend this place at all it is ghetto and trashy all around and def not safe at all."
