"Do not lease these apartments. Staff always have an attitude and only nice when they try to will you in to lease one of their apartments. All they care about is money. They don't care about their tenants. First week I move there my pipe busted. There was water every where. Few weeks later again there was still water leaking through my water heater and kitchen sink. My friend car got broken into. I see young kids walking around with guns in their hands. The gate was always broken. In the summer the pool was always close. Barely No picnic tables to sit at. There are doggy poop everywhere. Theses people always have a fee they want to hit you with. I am disabled. Wheelchair to move around with.it is very hard for me to keep going in and out of my apartment with trash bags. So I have no choice to leave my bag out on my porch for a few minutes. They already hit me up with a $300;fee for leaving my bag out. I explained to the staff I can't leave the bags inside my apartment due to my artistic son who will break the bags open but they don't care to listen. They still hit me with a fee. Top that the dumpster is a long way to my apartment. These people act like they don't see me handicap to a damn chair. No sympathy for no disabled people at all. When I left the apartment my kitchen pipes were clogged with sand. When I take bath and shower all I can feel is hand and tiny rocks in my hair. The water there is so dirty. When I try to take bath the water comes out really dark gray. That water not even safe to drink. Don't waste your time at this place. It feels like you paying to stay at a prison."

"If I could leave negative stars I would. My husband and I moved out in September. We weren’t expecting our security deposit back due to some damage our pets did. We got a letter saying we were getting roughly 125 back but received another letter from a collection agency for 602 for hidden creek. We had also been flooded by our neighbors and nothing was done until after we moved out which was 6months after the fact. STAY AWAY."

"I used to love this place because of Cheyenne but since she has left, I have come to realize why people move out so often. We have had so many issues with our AC and it’s incredibly difficult to get anyone to come fix it. It took MONTHS. They told me it "wasn't a priority". We now have water damage on our carpet from the HVAC. A year later and we still have constant issues with it. They usually tell us to turn it off for an hour and turn it back on. That doesn’t fix the problem. Our towel racks keep falling off the walls, the blinds are horrible quality and break. The floor in the kitchen was new but has chipped. We have water damage on our ceiling. Nails stick up out of the carpet and have cut my feet more than once. Another thing that is irritating is that I came to Hidden Creek partially due to the gated community. Unfortunately the gate is rarely working and has been that way since I moved in! It has been broken for months now and they claim it’s because “a car hit it”. Before that, they started only closing it during the night. Sometimes the trash compactor is not working so people have been piling up their trash. They give fines for leaving trash by the compactor when nobody can even throw trash out. We also get fined if our trash sits outside our door. The first year our rent was around $1000. This year it went up to $1350 and they increased our water bills. It’s not worth the price I’m paying.I will definitely not be renewing."

"My car was stolen 04/09/23. Called the emergency number and was sent straight to voicemail multiple times. Now thanks to them, I won’t hear anything back from the police department until 04/14/23. We (my husband and I) had the cops out here to the complex to investigate 5 minutes after my car was stolen. My case would’ve been underway if someone were here to take our call from the office. My husband and I have been putting orders in for almost 2 years now about the roof leaking and the A/C never working correctly. We have to keep putting money into it, just for both things to be fixed for only a week. Then it’s back to being broken. Just take your money elsewhere. Everything was great for the first 6 months we lived here."

"When I first moved it, I loved these apartments. Cheyenne and Nicole both made the process simple and always made me feel welcome at all times. I lived there for 16 months but decided to relocate. I cleaned my apartment and left everything up to par. I even received a letter in the mail that I would be receiving my security deposit back. Problem is, I moved out July 2022 and I still have NOT received my security deposit back. I have called about 15 times, spoke to someone about 6 times, and left 3 messages. I have been in contact with 4-5 different people and still…NOTHING. I keep getting the runaround and I was even asked if IIIII gave them my forwarding address AFTER I told them I received a letter at my address saying I would be refunded. I’ve been getting the runaround with no results. They said it could be because they switched systems but I don’t deem that excuse acceptable at this point. LUCKILY, I didn’t have to pay a 1-2 months rent as a deposit because I would be more than infuriated. This is NOT how you do business and I’m very disappointed. I guess I will never see that again!"
