"Started great - but awful after they sign you. For homeowners using Nomad we have had a terrible experience. They presented a deal for guaranteed rent (which is why we signed with them) - however we stopped receiving payments for 3 months now. Trying to work with the company to get this resolved is impossible - crazy part of this is the company raised $20 million dollars to expand to other markets and the can't even manage their business for tenants and owners in Colorado (look at the reviews for their original Colorado location). Really disappointed, as I've been trying to help my family member (an elderly person that is dependent on this income) work with them. They were happy to benefit from this when they pocketed the additional money over the guaranteed rent. But now that we are asking them to fulfill their original guarantee it's been nothing but excuses, lack of response and action. You can't talk to any real person - it's all emails and waiting for responses."
