"It was a tough go at the start with trying to work out a new lease after my wife’s lease was ending in a couple months… times have changed since pre covid as well as lease payments… but Eric and John was able to get us to a point where we were happy with the deal…"

"Had a bad experience with this dealership. I contacted the dealership online to confirm a particular Altima was in stock and qualified for the particular $299 a month lease special they were currently running. I was told yes to both and proceeded to take the rest of the afternoon off from work to go lease the vehicle. When I arrived the salesperson i met with told me that the particular vehicle I was interested was not part of the special and that only base models were included. Seemed to be a common bait and switch scam to me. They proceeded to tell me that the person I talked to online made a "mistake" so I said thank you and left the dealership. I received a call later that evening from a sales manager asking about my experience. I told her the story and she apologized and said she would see what she could do. A day later I received a call back and was told they tried the best they could but they couldn't give me the deal and the best they could do was pretty much $900 more total then the original deal. Update Surprising the lease deal has dropped to $279 from $299 which is about the sane difference in price you couldn't make up on the original deal $324 to $299"

"Wow. My first (and likely last) experience with Wally's. I went in for a simple oil change and recall service for an air bag cover emblem. I was quoted one hour to 90 minutes for the work. More than three hours later, I was able to leave the dealership. During that time, I could see my vehicle in the service bay, mostly with no one working on it. After about an hour and 40 minutes, I inquired as to the status of the vehicle, and the service tech said he would send his manager to speak with me. He mentioned at that time that he didn't know why the repair tech was "pulled from my vehicle " to service another one. So the service manager shows up to tell me how short handed they are and explains that even he is working on cars, instead of sitting at his desk. Really? As time goes by, I continue to get excuses about the length of time it is taking to finish the work; the download for the airbag was taking so long, we're shorthanded, etc. etc. After more than 3 hours, I get my keys. At no point does anyone offer any compensation (or even an apology) for the delay. I had to cancel another commitment as a result the delay. The worst service experience I have encountered in recent memory."

"This was my 1st time purchasing a car, I had researched, taken notes, and thought I was prepared. We in and my nerves threw all of that out the window...Josh and Nikkie made the who process bearable and were INCREDIBLY patient. Nikkie was even able to get me a better rate after I shared I came I with my own pre-approval offer. Josh was amazing and "held my hand" the whole way through!"
