"I’m complaining for my grand daughter who just moved into her apartment and staff informed her that she couldn’t receive a parking permit for car because her license has to have there address on it Here’s the thing she hasn’t lived there 2 weeks???? Confused as hell no parking permits were given at lease signing but clearly there is a sign in window at office stating TOWING Enforced by Chandler Towing company Not understanding why parking permits not given to Tenants at signing of lease Unless towing company and apartment complex working together???? Who do you call to fix problem because leasing staff don’t want or don’t care because they don’t live in complex and towing fees not their problem"

"I’ve been living here for 2 years. Staff is very rude. It’s hard to get in contact with anyone. The maintenance man Is really creepy I woke up one morning and he was standing at my bedroom door I called the corporate office no one answered I left voicemails no one answered I called the property office no one answered I left voicemails no one returned my call it’s hard for the maintenance guy to fix anything I still have repairs that I’ve been waiting to have fixed for months and months very unprofessional I do not recommend"

"I've been living here for almost 3 years I had to deal with 2 nosey site managers. The first one was going through my mail, I have to report him to the post office and police. The site manager now Ms. Ingrid just throw all of my items out of my apartment. No I did not give them a schedule date for a move out, no I did not give them the key as yet. It is said that they are not allowed in your apartment unless you have a service call, inspection or if they feel that something is going on that's not supposed to go on... So why did she go in my apartment without authorization from me. I am also in the process of going to the court house to file a civil suit because they have to pay for my items on behalf of her ignorance. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It's not safe place for your child, they do not have a park for them to play at... it's no life in this complex at all! The office staff is very nosey and break all laws it's just not right!... But they will not stop until someone like me step up! I feel that they do the things they do to the people that live there because it's a low income housing and they don't think the people that live there know any better, they picked the right one now! SMH! Oh to top it off the office staff tell all your business to others that live in the complex. nothing is confidential with them... and I was never able to contact corporate to tell them about this behavior because of course they do not care..... The reason for this review is because my stuff was very valuable to me, because I had to work hard and pay for them. For them to throw it out without my knowledge or authorization was a low blow.... and that proves right there, they will treat people in low income housing any kind of way.... I'll see you in court!"
