The entire experience of the repair, from the estimate with Kearstin, through the entire repair process, I could not have been more satisfied. I was texted with progress updates every few days. When there was a delay in being able to complete part of the repair, Kristina was incredible. She went out of her way to get the rest of the repair done in the most efficient manner possible, with the least inconvenience to me. Kristina is the kind of person you want on your team!
