The Reserve at Patterson Place

"Parking No designated spots. Garage parking available for like $175/mo. Amenities Gym is very clean and lots of options, 24/7 access. Pool looks very nice. Monthly community activities. Maintenance Excellent job. Fulfills requests within 24hrs. Staff Staff makes you feel very welcome and are also accommodating. Bekah, Kaya, Johnathan(?), and Amy are all incredibly pleasant people and always very cheerful. If you have questions or concerns they work diligently and timely to resolve them. Pests Upon initially moving in (11/23) I noticed 3 wasp/hornet corpses in the living room that previously weren't there. Tour of the grounds, facilities, and units didn't suggest the presence of pests. The pest control company that maintains the Reserve @ Patterson Place stopped by my unit and I haven't seen wasps/hornets or other pests since. During this same time (11/23) I noticed 2 roach corpses by the elevator, as well as along the hall leading to my unit door, however I have yet to see any pests outside my unit or in any common areas since (1/24). Noise So far The Reserve @ Patterson Place has been very quiet. I haven't had any issues sleeping and do not hear my neighbors on the floor during the day. No noise from the 15-501 or the 40. Unit Water pressure could be higher. Fast hot water. New appliances. Heater works great. Good in-unit lighting. Location Location is pretty average. The negative is that the immediate surrounding area is largely composed of low-tier chain restaurants and shops you could find anywhere else in the nation. Lacks any Durham/Chapel Hill "identity". The positive is that you're a 15-20 minute drive to either downtown Durham or Chapel Hill. I haven't felt unsafe in this area or part of town. Value Overall I feel like I get good value from living in a "luxury" style apartment complex like The Reserve @ Patterson Place. This is a nice compromise between living in Downtown Durham or other nearby luxury apartment complexes. I truly enjoy living here"

Reserve at Patterson is a great community with fairly new facilities, but the recent management team made it top notch. I have been living here for almost 2 years and miss it so much. Great maintenance team as well, very responsive and always helpful."

"We moved here about a week ago (from out of state) and I can't say enough about how easy the transition was! Lusero helped me with every silly question I had. She went above and beyond to ensure our transition was nothing short of amazing. Sabrina is extremely kind and helpful! The entire staff is really making us feel like we live in a resort. I loved every interaction I had so far. We had a little issue with our bathtub (which turned out to be a me issue... I was not using it correctly) and the maintenance crew came out the very next day! The apartment is gorgeous, I can't even hear the neighbors, the amenities are fantastic. This place is super dog friendly and everyone from staff to the neighbors are very nice and friendly! I love living here!"

"I absolutely love living here! I moved to Durham from out of state, and the entire staff at the Reserve has made me feel so comfortable and at home here - especially Ms. Sabrina! The gym and pool are incredible, and the lounge always has residents playing pool or grabbing a cup of coffee. The staff also does a great job of planning resident events and opportunities to meet other people that live here. The apartments are in perfect condition. I highly recommend living here!!"
