Trinity Properties 2723 Campus Walk Avenue, Durham, NC 27705

"I’ve lived at several apartment complexes over my lifetime, and a couple rental houses as well, and the service and responsiveness of Trinity properties outshines them all. Not only are they located in the most desirable areas in Durham (especially for folks with kids who are elementary school age- George Watts Montessori is in the walk zone for several of their properties and it’s the best!) but the management and maintenance staff has been what’s really made them shine. Nobody paid me or coerced me to write this and I nearly never review places, but Trinity properties is worth it. Their prices are still fair, though their annual escalation is a bit high now at 9%, but honestly I’ll be staying a whole anyway because they are *that* good. If anything needs maintenance, from a clogged drain to I accidentally pulled the chain off my closet light, they are there, next day, fixing it! I just can’t say enough great things about them. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and if you aren’t sure, I would recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed"

All maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly and professionally, sometimes even the same day (but always the next day). When our dryer stopped drying, they installed a new one immediately. Trinity was always responsive and easy to reach via email or phone, and super kind and polite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for housing in Durham!"
