"I offered this as an upscale dining experience to my out of town brother and spouse who chose this out of several based on menus and reviews. Despite my previous positive experience this could be described as mediocre at best. We were seated in the corner in the bar area with music blaring to the point you could barely carry on a conversation. The reservations had been made weeks in advance so why we were seated in the bar was questionable at best. After orders were taken service was slow. Drinks arrived. Orders were taken. A Heineken beer was delivered as a NA beverage. After returning it to the bar we were charged for the wrong drink and the one following. At this point looking pretty sketchy… drinks were ok though $17.50 in South of Syracuse not a great market price… my brother loved his chicken Parmesan meal and raved about it. Back up salads had no lettuce only sprigs. Yuck. I ordered off the holiday menu surf and turf. The filet was purple and chewy like bubble gum with little to no flavor and was served with potatoes that are actually nothing more than French fries. I’m not sure what the sauce on the lobster tail was but completely ruined it. Asparagus I threw out was soggy without flavor of any crunch. We only expressed mild dismay during the dining experience and our waiter was the most upbeat, pleasant staff I have experienced at this establishment. Can’t say the same for the others filling in between. Meatballs bland and tasteless. We were there to celebrate the holidays and enjoyed the night despite the grievances. The mousse pie was divine. Hats off to the bakery for amazing desserts and bread! Numerous add on fees discovered the next day really added to the downfall of this experience. And that a mistaken drink was not compensated for. Disappointed."

"Absolutely excellent Italian dishes, and reasonably priced. The Italian wedding soup was great, not too oiley, and had top quality ingredients like my grandmother used to make. The dessert tray is worth looking at even if you don't get something for how good it all is presented. The bar tenders on 11/10 were very attentive since I was a walk in and traveling solo on a Friday was the only place to sit. Definitely a memorable experience and would fully recommend!"

"Good food. Good service. Excellent butter cake. My wife and I enjoyed a nice meal on a Thursday night. If yo are coming here I would recommend making a reservation as it is very busy."

"If I could have given 10 stars for Atmosphere ,I would have. The courtyard/patio is just GORGEOUS.The staff is super nice. They come across that they like their jobs. Our waiter was Herbert. From beginning to end his service towards us was excellent. The food was delicious and presentation of each dish was on point. The Bang Bang Calamari one of the best I've ever had. Every dish looked beautiful.Too bad we live in Rochester we would come her more often,but our friends live in Syracuse and they visit your Liverpool location frequently. This was a special birthday and my friend will remember this day forever. Keep up the excellence with everything."
