"Stay away from this shop. I guarantee they will have extra parts when they are done working on your car. Left several bolts out of my daughters car and something loose in the dashboard, and after it was returned the second time it was still missing the same bolts. Fast forward to now the car is in the the shop again,the current collision shop told us a bunch of brackets were left out from a previous repair. This is the worst shop I have ever dealt with !!"

"I had reviewed this location when it was still known as “Steven’s Collision,” owned by Wayne Steven’s himself. I have thankfully not had experience with this corporate buyout store"

"STAY AWAY! They had my mustang for over 16 days and never touched it and left the car out in the rain with a ripped top after they made the appt and assured me they would work on my car after a garage collapsed on my car. They were supposed to call with an estimate and never did and when I called them on the 3rd time, (which the girl at reception is nasty and unprofessional), I was given the answer of that the person I met with 8 days prior "wears many hats" and he will return my call. He never did and I drove there for the status only to find out that they "Supposedly" had left a message at the wrong phone number that they were not working on my car! How convenient because I had left many messages with my phone number, plus they called me initally to scheduled my car appt which I waited 4 weeks to get! OMG, they then tried to tell me that they were being nice and not charging me storage fees!! I have over a $2000 estimate to get the water out of my car and when leaving my car did not start and per my mechanic because the car was left out in the weather, that didn't help why it did not start. I am not done with this company by far. I am just not speaking to anyone at that location. Don't leave your vehicle with them because they may determine they will not work on it!"

"This company cashes two party checks without customer signing the check. Not only is this illegal but they then would not issue the refund to the customer or the collision shop the customer decided to go with. That is what the insurance company advised the customer to have done. Now he has to wait for the check to go back to his insurance company for them to reissue it to the collision shop that will be doing the work. Honesty is everything...I will make sure everyone knows what a scam this place is. The girl at the front desk was VERY nasty as well."

"Gerber has been great. My wife has an issue with her car and Gerber was extremely helpful with the repair of the vehicle. Recently I brought my own car to them for an estimate regarding minor damage to the front fender, but they were able to fix the problem while doing the estimate"
