"The park is pretty nice condition most of the people living there are very nice the lot rent fluctuations redundantly getting to be ridiculous to be perfectly honest and management is extremely difficult to communicate with and preposterous when it comes to owners trying to upgrade or better their homes etc."

"I've lived here for 2 years now. It's definitely not solely 55 and up. There are children on my block. However, for the most part, it's quiet. I do hear Lancaster speedway loud and clear. I also hear all the football scores from the high school games. I'm more towards the farthest street away from the school. There are a few new mobile homes on my street from 2020 when I moved in. A new home went in last week on my street, it's still progress. Today is 7-26-22."

"The new two beds are so cute all new inside and out.New driveway .Only problem their putting them right between old ones.And lots fee were to high 535.And he puts them up every year.You have to pay for water ,trash,all utilities. And have to mow lawn and shovel in winter.To bad they should start a area with these cute 2 beds like tiny houses and come down on the lot fees ."

"Seems like a great community with things to do. I’d love to be part of it if the ladies in the clubhouse office weren’t so rude & ignorant. Their noses are up in the air & they weren’t very much help assisting me or my family. It’s a shame. We had our hopes up. Learn how to treat people. They even had their own staff (cleaning ladies) there and they were treating them like dirt. I don’t understand where they get off."
