"This place has gotten out of hand. Every visit is a thirty minute visit now despite my always ordering ahead on the app. The wait is never worth it, as the quality and expected procedure of the food is always poor. Yes, there's been employee turn over for all fast food places, yes everyone is new at their jobs; but training/management is OBVIOUSLY missing at this location currently. This facility is a waste of both time and money. It adds no benefit to the community it stands in."

"I bought a jr cheeseburger big meal. Had to pull over to wait for “fresh fries”. They were ! But my burger was far from a burger. It was disgusting! The lettuce tomato and bacon sandwich was great. But the meat was so burnt and dried up it was rediculous."

"Not a bad place, but the cleanliness wasn't there. The inside looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the day before. The cashier was professional with me and I have no service complaints. They just need to clean it up."

"I placed a mobile order. When I got to the drive thru, nobody was in line, but it took 3 minutes for someone to talk on the intercom, to tell them that I had a mobile order. I was asked to pull up to the window. I was given my drink and asked to move ahead and they would bring my order out when it was finished. Still nobody in line at the drive thru and it didn't appear to have anybody inside either. However, 2 employees appeared out back to have cigarettes and I was still waiting for my order (breakfast combo). When I finally received my order, the potatoes were cold and my sausage, egg & cheese biscuit didn't have any egg on it and wasn't even hot. You would think if I waited over 10 minutes for a MOBILE order that it would be HOT when it came out! This is not the 1st time this has happened at the Oneida store, so I've given the management the chance to work on it and I keep trying. The staff is friendly, but have no sense of urgency or quality standards."

"Utterly mismanaged. Doesn’t matter what time of day I go, or whether I order online or at the counter. Food is always made wrong. Spent an entire lunch break waiting for the right food, finally settled with the wrong order, AGAIN with less than 10 minutes of my 30min break left. Made the mistake of wanting a chicken sandwich tonight, placed a mobile order and spent an extra $2 on bacon I didn’t receive. Try to call and complain and the phone is either constantly busy with other complaints, or they’re taking it off the hook and letting it ring. There were no other cars in line, and I PLACED A MOBILE ORDER. READ THE RECEIPT. There’s no reason I should have to wait, AND wait for the wrong food. Needs better management."
