"My wife picked up two pizzas a cheese and a pepperoni. Cheese looked perfect, pepperoni looked old over cooked. When my wife brought the pizza home I called up and they instantly offered a fresh new pizza. Thank you I believe her name was Melissa. I don’t expect to be fresh everytime I get it’s supposed to be a quick go to .. but I just could not justify spend money on something I can’t eat. They really do have great customer service there and I’m going to continue to eat there . Thank you"
"I sat in the store for over 45 minutes waiting for a phone order that was called in. The cashier was a complete waste of space. I asked about my order she replied its busy. Instead of telling me the pizza had to be made 2 times because they forgot the pepperoni. I was clearly upset. She walked away from the counter several times making people stand and wait. I wouldn't of gotten upset if she just responded to me. Instead she was too busy bragging she had 8 minutes left of her shift and the rest of them were screwed. How unprofessional."
"For the price, it's hard to beat Little Caesars. I walked in without ordering and was able to get a couple hot and readys and crazy bread in under 5 minutes. If you want something more than cheese or pepperoni, you may want to call ahead or order online since they'll take a little longer."
