Dunkin'

"I continually have issues at this location specifically but it’s right next to my work so it’s so convenient to walk over and put in a mobile order. However, they completely ignore mobile orders. Today I waited 17 minutes for a large hot coffee and had to get in line while walk in customers were getting their orders. Then I was interrogated about my order, are you sure you sent it through? Was it sent to Genesee st? As I’m holding up my phone to show them. Then she finally makes my coffee and doesn’t even offer any kind of apology until I specifically ask for one. I know they’re busy but I work too and I would never be so rude to my patients. When I’m having a rough day at work, the last thing I want to do is have to beg for my order or get attitude for asking for it."

"Left the drive thru today very upset. The women was clearly in a hurry from the the sound of her voice when I ordered. I let it go thanked her and drove to the window. (No line behind me) Get to the window. She hands me my receipt, card and while I am reaching for that she let's go to hand me my food and my card falls to the ground. No offer to come around to get it. I was very annoyed because she was trying to hurry and I called her out on it. Still no one behind me. I am handicapped that's why I use the drive-thru. I had to pull ahead and get out to retrieve my card. I carefully walk back to find my card. Luckily I had my car to hang onto for balance. (Still no one in line). I get back in my vehicle take a second to compose myself check my mirrors to pull away and see a women who is now at the window clearly laughing at my expense with the worker. When she realized I saw her she knew I saw them. I left there feeling humiliated at that point. I ended up pulling over in another parking area to truly compose myself. I'm not one to let something ruin my day. I am however still upset. She embarrassed me and to share with another customer as if I did something wrong was just wrong on her part. I am not a huge Dunkin fan to begin with since I don't drink coffee but I sure won't be going out of my way to go to the Oneida location."

"The SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been to. This is not a one-time problem. It is every day. Does not seem to be a staffing issue, as they usually have 5-7 employees behind the counter. The level of customer service is also very low. I've walked out on multiple occasions because I hadn't been acknowledged by anyone while standing at the counter for over 5 minutes."

"i knew i ordered a pumpkin frozen coffee. they had a dumb 15 yr old working the register and they modified it for NO REASON? stuck the sticker right on top. idiots. yea, the stuffs good but there’s some real stupid mfs working here"

"I would like to say this not only to the onieda dunkin donuts but all of them. Please change your cups. I know you went cheap and went to all paper however now when ever I get a coffee from any dunkin it leaks all over the place and spills in the car or on me. Everytime I get a coffee which is quite often."
