"845pm... after our grandchild's concert with no dinner and a drive of 1.5 hours ahead of us. First, we were greeted with a huge plastic cone in the entry... right in front of the door. All the chairs were uo on the tables with a bunch of cleaning supplies in the dining area. One worker was sitting in a booth with the supplies, and the remaing workers were scrambling to restock and clean behind the line. We checked the hours on the door again. Hmmm... closes at 10pm. It took awhile for someone to take our order. She asked us information we had already given (such as beverages and size of order). My husband requested plain iced tea, 1) because he needed the caffeine and 2) because he has bloodwork scheduled for the morning and did not want anything contained sugar. The soda/tea dispenser had already been taken apart and cleaned. No tea. The cashier offered lemonade, juice, shake, etc. And every time, my husband repeated "I can't have sugar." We both needed to use the facilities before the drive. The bathrooms were clean but a huge open-top, filled trash bag was set where it blocked both doors... and remained there thru the length of our meal. Obviously, the dining room was clean, but we felt like we were interfering with plans to leave as soon as the clock hit 10PM. Our food, because it was made fresh, was hot and pretty darn good. When we left, at 915pm, the right door was locked! (The cone was still in front if the left door.) With so many options for food on Route 11, what are the chances of picking Burger King in Cicero again?"

"My wife picked me up 2 original chicken sandwiches and brought them home for me. I have *NEVER* been so amazed by the quality of a fast food chicken sandwich. Well done, BK. The lettuce had that nice crisp to it that you always look for, the chicken patty's breading had just the right amount of crunchiness to it, and the chicken meat itself wasn't overcooked like most fast food chicken. It had the right amount of moisture. And they didn't skimp the mayo, or add too much- it was just right. The temperature after the drive was just perfect. I should have saved the other sandwich for the next day.... but I didn't. And the second sandwich was just as good, so you know they didn't just luck out when making it."

"The employees were extremely friendly. I had to wait for a ride after dropping off a rental car. I'd been craving original chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint! The coke was cold and delicious as well! I love the onion rings with the zesty sauce!!!"
