"Most times when I hit this DQ it'd be 5 stars. Must not have been their usually staff today. Order was wrong and missing items. Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard with no cheesecake, cheese curds with no marinara sauce, no ketchup packets, cold fries, and dry chicken. Not a great experience DQ."

"The very best DQ I have been so far! The customer service was a hit — specifically, the first day of standard time 2023, 11-05-2023, and around afternoon. The young lady in the register was the best that I wish to have. She had a beautiful smile — well, it’s a complement. She was always standing up; although, her job may seem to be very stressful. Fast food type of multitasking? Wow! It’s fabulous. I have never been negatively bothered because I understand how does customer service works, but her eagerness of working is very great. I would ever come back so many times in this branch [Cicero, NY]. For food, it was so delicious. We had burgers, fries, and tenders. It may be pricey, but my satisfaction of being a customer there was positively okay."

"The ice cream was very good, I got a cookie dough blizzard and my brother got a peanut butter and banana shake. The chicken tenders were tasty and honey mustard sauce paired well. I got a triple cheeseburger which I asked for no mustard on but it was on there anyway and with the burger just being okay already - mustard that I don't prefer kind of ruined it for me, and I was 15 minutes away back at my job so no asking them to remake it."

"The service was quick, and the cashier was really sweet to us. They flipped the blizzards of course. Our food was good, the chicken was drowning in the honey barbeque sauce... But it was really good for dipping fries in so we didn't mind. The cheese burger was good. And the fries were exact what you think when you think fast food fries."
