"I had been car shopping for six months when I stumbled on a listing for a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT at Auto Connection. Well, I was in for a pleasant surprise. Finding Auto Connection was the universe's way of reminding me that my cynical, jaded perspective may have served me before, but you never know when someone righteous will reaffirm your faith in humanity. Paul (the owner) and Connie (his right-hand salesperson) were straight up, honest businesspeople who did the best they could for me: they got me financing at a decent interest rate, were upfront about "dealers fees", made sure the car was in good working order, and answered all my questions honestly. And unlike most small used car businesses, they even provide a 90-day guarantee, which they made good on with no hassles: the brakes had a problem, but they fixed it immediately. After being abused by other dealers for months, I am truly astounded that a trustworthy, honest gem like Auto Connection exists and recommend them highly. Being able to trust the person with whom you are dealing is one of the most important aspects of a business relationship: you can trust Paul Weinberg. He is not like your average used car salesman, who is out to extract as much money from you as possible. Although we encountered an administrative issue getting our out-of-state plates, this was out of Auto Connection’s control. Otherwise, this was the smoothest used car buying experience I’ve ever had. I may buy my second car there when I am ready! In addition to getting a great deal and having a positive experience, it was a pleasure to work with John and Connie. "If I could give this place Zero stars I would , if you’re looking for a new or used car DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT BUY from these people , go else where !!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve ran in to problem after problem since leaving the dealership , they sold me a Lemon that already had undisclosed problems which they knew all along , but still decided to sell it to me & to top it off they wanted me to purchase a new car through them because they knew all along the car I bought was a lemon , & had existing problems , trying to keep their revenue going all while selling horrible problematic cars , they will hold no financial responsibility to even assist or help even after I complained before my warranty was up!!!!! Horrible car dealer not to mention I took it to a mechanic that was shocked & appalled at all the internal damage , fuses that were blown wires that were tampered with , they are money hungry & do not sell good cars , I hadn’t had my car 3 months before I ran in to problems !!!! I’m disgusted & would never ever do business with this place I rather walkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
