"Where do I start? I was involved in an accident and after the police report, I drove home and as I get out of my car, John approached me. My honest first thought was,"oh boy, is this guy an ambulance chaser but for body work?", Sorry, John. But actually, he was super nice and actually was not pushy at all, if anything he was humble. He proceeded to let me know he was a part of North Star Auto and had seen my vehicle damaged after the car accident. He explained what North Star could do for me and then politely, again not pushy at all, asked for an opportunity to show me what North Star could do for me. Let's say, I was glad I have them a chance. First, they took my car in after a brief assessment and assured me all would be well. They took care of the whole process including reaching out to my insurance company. They helped me secure a rental at the speed of light and got me back on the road immediately. From there, it was just a waiting game, my insurance reached out for a statement and then everything else was handled by them. Despite the disappointment of being in an accident, they really took the string out of it by removing me from the process and taking care of all the work I normally would have to do. Amy calls I made were meet with an absolute level of professionalism. I never felt like I was being pressured to do anything I didn't want to. And so the process went. The parts took a little time to arrive so I ended up being on vacation when they finished, but they were kind enough to hold it until I returned for no charge. I know some places that would charge to hold your vehicle. When I got my car back, WOW, it looked like it just drove off the lot at the dealership. You would have never known it was involved in accident. North Star Auto Body II absolutely lived up to their reputation, just look at the pictures attached. John, Jake, Pete, Emily and their entire team really took care of everything and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I know if I ever, knock on wood, do get into another accident, who I'll be calling.
