"SCAMMERS. My car was hit overnight & destroyed, I had a warranty but unfortunately the car was deemed totaled by the insurance company. My main mechanic who is there Ronald is a fantastic & Honest man, unfortunately caught up in the webs with the owner, who approved the car to be sent there to get evaluated & potentially fixed before the verdict that it unfortunately would still be deemed as totaled. The car was there for maybe 3-7 days. We agreed on a cut for “storage” and when the time came, he held the car hostage, & would not release it until the insurance company paid him 2xs the amount we agreed upon.. & Then some. Out of MY payout amount for the vehicle. Also.. I went to only have brakes done on 1/7/24 of this year, but my mechanic was not in that day.. Seeing how it was only brakes, I trusted the guys that were there to be able to do it. I was told to leave the car & that it would be done in a couple of hours.. I then get a call that my front axle was leaking.. & That they had pictures to show me. Little did these crooks know.. I had my entire suspension done and checked out about about 2 weeks, prior. I go inside to pay. & See shady pictures of a car that did not match mine. They stated they could not reset my computer because of this “axle.” (Not to mention, The job they did was horrible, did not add brake grease. Squeaking etc.) I now know.. If they did ? The axle would not come up as “needed to be repaired” like the brakes did.I went with my brother, who they told the same thing & almost went through with the repair until he got a second opinion, & They told him everything was fine. Once the man at the front counter saw him, knowing that he lied & told him the same exact thing. He began to get flustered & said.. “I thought you meant his car.” At that point I knew who was behind this & knew they were a bunch of crooks! DO NOT bring your car to them, unless you specifically ask to speak with Ronald. Me & My brother both drive BMW’s and they thought they would be able to get some money out of us.. Just like they did the last time.. I am currently in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau with this information. I hope this review is very helpful and saves you time, money & stress! -0 stars if I could."
