"Once again I was lucky enough to get Alex to take care of me when I arrived for service. He is such a professional. I had a very busy day where I had to have my car done by a certain time. Alex got me out of there in plenty of time. He never tries to sell you unnecessary repairs or maintenance. Never uses those scare tactics that many service technicians do. "They are so nice. The man in garage was so sweet and parked my truck. We talked and he was just so pleasant. There was no wait. People in office so kind. I got an oil change and tire rotation. They called me and let me know my brakes in rear were low and my rotator cuffs needed to be shaved. Man was so nice on phone. He said it was all covered and my truck was ready in time for pick up ready in place for me to pull out. Thank you Subaru. Love my truck and services you provide. Very accommodating."

"Decided to wait for 84,000 mileage service. Waited for 2.5 hrs. Texted service rep twice but received no response. Went over to service desk and found out my car was ready for over 15 minutes. They also did not tell me that their estimate was lower than the cost by $60 bucks (for parts/labor) and did not ask for my approval before doing the work. Other than the foregoing, I have no problems with their service department. People are nice and knowledgeable, place is clean and waiting area is very nice. Also the technicians who work on my car are excellent. The intake rep and the car valet were very friendly, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend regardless of my minor complaints!"
