"My concerns were not taken seriously, and their assessment of the problem turned out to be completely wrong. They were rigid in their stance, and did not want to consider any other causes to the paint issue I was having on my 2021 Black Label Navigator. A dealership (Magic City) in Virginia figured it out and were very reasonable about fixing the issue. Hassett should take a serious look at how they treat customers, especially when the cause they propose goes against the laws of physics and is literally not possible."
