Both David Palmer and Craig Rotter greeted me with friendly smiles and quickly took my information so my service could start. As I was waiting for my vehicle, they offered me complimentary water bottle and a clean area to wait. My key fobs were low on battery- they happily changed the battery. Although I only came in this time for an oil change, they informed me my brakes would need repair in near future. They even provided me with a price quote and told me to look for coupons.
