"The people running this place are totally inept. Have absolutely wasted my time on more than one occasion because of poor communication and indifference. Don’t have someone schedule an appointment for a specific service only to tell them 2 days later when you come to pick up the car that they couldn’t complete the work because they don’t have the parts. Why would you schedule me to come in the first place? Another time I gave them very clear details on an issue I was having in the car, only to have them tell me once I came to pick it up that they couldn’t find what I was describing. How about calling me first so I can direct you instead of claiming “we checked” when I come to pick it up? I had to take them to the car and show them and describe it again. Of course I then needed to schedule another appointment to have them fix it now that they couldn’t deny it was there. Will never go back to this place."
