"I recently visited Audi Lynbrook Service Department and was helped by Naomi Martinez. Naomi was efficient, kind and professional. After checking me in, a technician went for a drive with me to get an idea as to what the problem was. I utilized the shuttle service which was safe and pleasant. Naomi kept me up to date on the repairs and later sent a shuttle (car) to pick me up. My car was returned to me in the same clean conditioned as it was dropped of. A part was ordered for my car as it was not available at the time of service. Naomi kept me in the loop, she called and informed me when the part came in and scheduled an appointment for the service. Like I said, Naomi Martinez was exceptional and thumbs up for Audi Lynbrook Service Department"

"I just went in for my first service appointment at Audi Lynbrook. When I had purchased my Audi Q8 my sales person Brandon set my appointment a year in advance. My service advisor Naomi was helpful and took great care of me. Naomi was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and the service department here is phenomenal when it comes to making customers more than satisfied. When I was picking up my Q8 the service manager Andrew stepped out of his office and introduced himself and asked if the experience here was good which it most definitely was.
