"Let me start out by saying that this place is amazing. Rick the owner is a wonderful guy n has an amazing staff. They are all very professional. Rick is extremely honest n with that being said, his shop is super busy. Bt I would prefer to call n b fit in n have excellent work at an honest price, then to go elsewhere. He recently hired a front desk manager. Mike. He is also very good at getting cars in n out n very helpful. All of his mechanics are pleasant n respectful n hardworking n knowledgeable. Recently, my battery died n I live a few miles from the shop. They sent two guys over to my house , which went above n beyond, to jump my car n took it to the shop for me. My hubby was away n I needed my car. They are really wonderful. I’m so happy I found Rick’s shop."

"I agree exactly w Victorio review same exact thing with a simple oil change seems to not want to service my vehicle when Ricky was there never an issue. Go to Maurizio shop in Franklin Square used be KK shop also. Excellent service friendly. Some reason seems like either too busy has no workers not my fault. Its shame maybe Jerry needs to step in."
