Definitely would recommend this apartment complex to friends and family. Sheer professionalism and respect from the maintenance crew here and office staff. "Anytime, I have an issue with my apartment (and it’s not often, general maintenance), I can reach out to Mari (ofc mgr) or Jack (maintenance), either personally in the office or running into them in person (esp. online work order) and it gets handled immediately. And it was even so with the previous management, Alex and Buzz. As far as management and upkeep, “the landing” is a nice place to call home."
