"I’ve dealt with Chuck and CoW for many years. Although he is extremely knowledgeable, Chucks reputation for not being able to manage his workload precedes him. Back in April we discussed and planned a new rear end to be installed on my car. He took a $1,300 deposit for additional parts which needed to be ordered. Since then I have called and emailed almost 12 times across 6 months and have never heard back once. At this point I have filed a police report to document the incident and started a small claims suite. It’s unfortunate because he used to be one of the best."

"Drove my C6 700 miles one way for an appointment w/Chuck. Arrived at his shop at noon on a Monday. He finished all his work (throttle boost, installation of 160 degree thermostat, and preliminary tune) by 4:30 PM. Could not take car out for drive as rain fell all day. Went back to Chuck’s at noon on Tues. I then drove the car. Chuck was in the passenger seat with his laptop hooked up to the car’s computer. I drove the car for about 45 min in a variety of manners. All the while Chuck’s laptop was showing numerous bar graphs which he continually adjusted to obtain peak performance and output throughout all power bands. After 45 min Chuck said the tune was done. I asked him how long it typically takes for other cars and he said it could take as little as 30 min or as long as 4 hrs depending on the car and the driver. The throttle boost was extremely noticeable. I only needed to tap my toe on the gas pedal and the throttle engaged. Took a little time (not that much) to get used to the much improved throttle response. An approx. 35 HP increase and redline increase to 7200 was realized. Chuck is an extremely personable guy with only one fault. His phone never stops ringing. He gets a call every 20 min from people all over the U.S. asking for his advice, recommendation, and opinion. Chuck spends whatever amount of time is necessary for each call (sometimes 5 min and sometimes 30 min). It is absolutely mind-blowing to me how many people call him throughout the day AND that Chuck doesn’t charge anyone a dime for his time and advice. The free knowledge he provides is amazing. He could easily charge anywhere from $50 to $200 for each call (and he wouldn’t have to pick up a wrench the rest of his life) but he simply does not. The phone calls cease around 7 PM and then Chuck can devote his undivided attention to the cars leaving his shop at midnight or later. I left Chuck’s place around 2 PM Tues for my drive back to Ohio. Chuck phoned me about 4 hrs into my drive back to check on how the car was doing. When’s the last time you left a car repair/tune shop and had the owner check w/you a few hours later to see how the car was doing. Chuck is the Man!"

"I brought my car into Corvettes of Westchester because I was recommended by a few people who said he was the best. After talking to Chuck over the phone for a while I decided to take my Corvette C6 in for Headers, Clutch, and a tune. I had GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. When I went to pickup the car I realized the great job that was done. The car is vastly improved. Chuck and Danny Know Exactly what they are doing and have a passion for what they do. That really came through after test driving my car. Chuck is a computer wizard. He was programing the tune while I was driving. I have never seen a car guys that knows exactly what they are doing like Chuck and Danny. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE.
