"I called 3 different taxi companies before being able to book a ride from Accord to Poughkeepsie train station with Platinum Taxi. Considering the fact that this was the first big snow storm for the area, getting a cab was challenging. The dispatcher gave me a pick up time and the driver (Sheila) arrived on time with a smile. After reading reviews about the other cab companies in the area, I count myself lucky to have used Platinum Taxi’s services. Reasonable rates and punctuality are enough reasons for this company to be successful!"

"My friends and I used Platinum Taxi in September to commute to the Angry Orchard Harvest Fest from our campground and back. I was impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. The best part was their dedication to top notch customer service: After the Festival ended, the Taxi company went to pick us up at the main entrance but we had thought we had to get picked up at the overflow parking lot and we took a shuttle there, so I called Platinum to let them know where we were and they were very patient and told us they would not leave without us. That was great. This was a night where there were hundreds of people wandering around and traffic and they could have made their money picking up others, but they took the time to make sure they found us and got us back to the campground."

"The BEST taxi service ever! Everyone is super friendly and amazing. They are very prompt and drive very safe, and very reasonable rates. They do medical transportation if your insurance covers it for any doctors, they also do standing orders if you have something medical daily you can set it up that way. They will do everything they can to meet your every needs. The owner Bob is amazing. Very respectful and caring, he has helped me and my girlfriend more then I can even describe. We are VERY blessed to have them as our taxi service (we use them daily Monday-Sunday) I would recommend platinum taxi to everyone! You will not be disappointed!"
