"Usually a very good experience but the last few times haven’t been great. I got a faulty oil change from them and they wouldn’t reimburse me, and basically gaslit me for the issue, saying it wasn’t their fault... Basically they tightened the screw to the oil filter too tight causing it to loosen and leak gas all over the hood. I won’t be coming back here which is pretty sad because all they had to do was own up to the issue."
