"It seems to be a one-woman, one-car operation. If you are not one of her regular customers, you can literally wait hours for a pickup, even after calling several hours ahead to arrange it."
"Decent service, though the only complaint I have is that the can sometimes takes too long and/or not show up at all. I’ve had to often call back once or twice, only to be told they’d simply send another driver to my location. I understand that can services can get quite busy, but after one call back (after waiting almost an hour) someone should’ve already arrived by that point."
"This taxi company is a breath of fresh air!! After going through several other cab companies for medical transportation and experiencing problem after problem as well as no shows. The drivers all are very polite and very easy to talk to. They are very punctual and reliable!! My husband Garrett and I plan on continuing using this company for all of our transportation needs!! "I called for a ride to work and was told to call another company that they had no driver's till after 7am. That's good for all the people who have to be to work by 8 I had to be to work by 6 am and already made arrangements with that other company for a ride that also never came .Your service is not a good one."
