"I made an appt online for tonight at 615 for an oil change and drove 20 minutes to get there after work. I showed up early. The man checking me in seemed to have no idea how to work the computer system and spent forever w the person in front of me. Finally he talked to me at 630 and said that there was no record of me in the system, and said there was no way I could have made the appt bc they close at 7 and don't make appts after 6 and I can't be seen anyways. He was rude on top of it. I had an email confirmation but I didn't even argue I just left. What a waste of time."

Car also needed air filter which he asked me even before he had another one put on...great service/people skills and would highly recommend it. Also want to say you get what you pay for!
