"Can management tell the young man behind the counter to speak clearly and pull his pants up?? He wasn’t even making an effort to look like he actually is employed there. Additionally, staffing issue forcing this location to close at 6:30pm is inconvenient and embarrassing."

"Management replied to me thanking about the issue but nothing about what they are going to improve. They stated just hope I come back. Why would I do that. What a joke! QI is responding, get real!!! Stores could be closings soon, watch the News. Profit vs one working employee."

"Poor employee working by himself doing ordering or inventory while another one in the back talking wouldn't come out to help busy place. Poor management. Customers waiting and waiting! Could have walked out with merchandise without paying. Need to find another auto store."

"I showed up at 7:25 am, the store opens at 7:30. All the lights are on but the door is locked. There are people walking around in the store but Noone to answere the phones. Then a nice representative finally answered the phone at 7:48 to tell me the front shop is closed till 9:30. What really pissed me off is that there's a sign on the door telling me they are closing at 6 today but nothing about not opening on time."
