"If I could rate a zero I would! Like many of the reviews listed I never received my order which was over 6 months ago! I have communicated by phone and email and am repeatedly told it's on back order of course they charged my account five .months ago! This is criminal!!!!"

And don't be fooled by their "free shipping costs" if you decide to return something they will deduct a huge portion of the refund stating that is their shipping cost. So after almost 2 years chasing them and having to pay out of pocket to ship the item back, I was refunded only 50% of what I paid. Total scam."

"I too am a victim of can't refund your money. I ordered one sponge and have been told numerous times over several month periods that it is being shipped and you will receive it next week. This company it like a skam artist in which they take your money and have canned emails that say your shipment will be sent next week. In their emails they will not give you an answer why specifically your order is not being shipped. I wished I would have researched this company's reviews. I thought is was in the USA and was safe. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."
