"Every time I go the cashiers always have a smile and are ready to serve you! The food is phenomenal, Sara goes the distance to bring Authentic Thai Cuisine to Syracuse!! I personally get the Kee Mao Noodles every time I can stop in the Market!"

"Personally, this is the best place in Salt City Market. I have enjoyed every menu item that I've tried. Although some dishes were a bit salty for my taste, they were still delicious. However, the parking space in the building is limited, so it might be better to park outside the building."

"Fried rice is my to go dish whenever I want a quick and easy meal. As someone who was born and raised in Asian, my mom used to make fried for breakfast. Yes, for breakfast using leftover rice from the night before. I am not saying I am an expert in fried rice but I do few have constructive comments about the fried rice that I had at Firecracker Thai Kitchen. I ordered pineapple fried rice and was looking forward to it since it was Good Friday and wanted to avoid meat. Here’s what I found out. The rice in my fried rice was lumpy. It was horrible. Why not break it apart while it was in the wok? One could easily do that when you stirring it in the wok. Secondly, it was greasy. Very greasy. Not idea why it should be that way. Thirdly, it was flavorless. Was hoping for some kind of fire-cracking Thai flavor but it was nothing. Nada. No salt or even pepper. I want this place to succeed. Not too many can travel to Thailand and try a real Thai food. And I totally understand that not too many people can take the spiciness of Thai food. But let’s try make it right and properly. If not, you are just going to become another typical takeout place."

"The basil chicken was flavorful and good but the chicken wings had a very strange smell to the meat which I couldn’t tell if it was from the fish sauce marinade they use or if the meat was old."

"I ordered the Vegan Spicy Impossible Stir Fry. It was marked as very spicy, but I didn't taste much spice at all, so I would not classify it as "very spicy." I thought that it was expensive for the portion size. I'd say it was okay, not great. That being said, the staff was SUPER friendly, which I really appreciated."
